A few things to know

About originals, prints, and commissions

How do I buy an original?

Open the artwork and choose “Ask about the original.” I’ll confirm that it’s available and send shipping and payment details by email.

How do print orders work?

Choose a print size from the artwork detail view and add it to your bag. You can combine different prints in one order, then check out securely with Stripe.

What if the original is sold?

Sold pieces are marked “Original sold”; some still have prints available, and you can always commission something with a similar feeling.

How do shipping and returns work?

Print shipping is currently available within Canada for a flat $12 per order. Shipping for originals and commissions is quoted separately based on the piece and destination.

Originals and custom commissions are final sale once approved. If something arrives damaged, contact me right away with photos so we can sort it out.

Do artworks arrive framed?

Framing varies by artwork; the photos and details show what is included. Prints arrive unframed.

Do commissions require payment up front?

No payment is taken through the request form. I'll reply so we can talk through the idea, timing, and quote. If we agree on the details, a deposit holds your spot.

What photos should I send for a commission?

Clear photos help, especially for pets and portraits. Natural light, multiple angles, and one favourite expression or pose are ideal. After you submit the form, you can send the photos when I reply by email.
